A group of eight Chinese framed silk embroideries, late Qing dynasty, comprising: three Chinese carrying purse aprons, mostly worn by tribal women (Miao), 44cm, 49cm and 55cm wide; a Chinese crimson ruyi shaped single lobed panel from a cloud collar, 19th century, 33cm wide; another Chinese panel from a cloud collar, 19cm high; a group of five Chinese purses, embroidered in satin stitch, worn on the belt to hold money or papers, 12cm wide and smaller; three red Chinese dragon panels, 10.5cm wide and a cream panel embroidered with long bands of satin stitch and gold thread embroidery, 19th century, used to edge a traditional robe for a women's informal jacket, 27cm x 22cm, all framed (8)Provenance: From a private Yorkshire collection 各式繡片一組八件拍品來源:英國約克郡紳士私人收藏
