1913 Soap watch in 18-carat yellow gold (hallmarked, signed PP.C° and numbered and numbered 501756, on both covers), the caseback engraved with a coat-of-arms of a military Baron of the Napoleonic Empire of Italy and a motto "Avanti Maranghi". Enamelled dial with railway track signed Patek Philippe & Co Genève, Arabic numerals, recessed seconds counter at 6 o'clock. Hands set by winder at 12 o'clock and dust cover in 18-carat yellow gold (750 ‰) signed and numbered. Movement: hand-wound mechanical caliber signed Patek Philippe - no. 179496. Diam. 52 mm.
