Bonbonnière en argent, Vers 1880
Silver bonbonnière or oval box. Richly decorated, it stands on four feet with foliage motifs. The Greek-style handles and sides are decorated with openwork flower garlands. Two medallions with an L.VI knot are found on either side of the sides. The lid is decorated with gadroons and the fretel with a pinecone. The royal blue glass inner receptacle is in perfect condition. Circa 1880. Stamped minerve. Dimensions: H 15 x L 22 x W 11cm The inner bowl H 7 x Long 14 x W 10cm
