BEAUTIFUL PAIR OF FLINTLOCK TWO-SHOT TRAVEL PISTOLS. Separate, round, table-top barrels with beading at the muzzles, forced bullets, engraved with thunderbolts. Chests signed "London" enriched with foliage scrolls, dogs and birds. Flat-cheeked silver crosses, round backs, engraved with flowers, flag trophies, figures, foliage, trophies of arms and, on the backs, romantic scenes with embracing couples. Wide iron bridges decorated with busts. Length: 14 cm. B.E. Late 18th century.
