A FINE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH ORMOLU-MOUNTED 'SÈVRES' PORCELAIN CLOCK GARNITURE the clock of oval section, surmounted by an urn with a ribbon-tied portrait roundel and drapery, above a bow-front bevelled glass door enclosing a porcelain dial decorated with figures in 18th Century dress and beaded jewels, the bowed porcelain side panels painted with river landscapes, the rear door with a bevelled frosted glass panel, the base with a pair of putti holding aloft a sprig of foliage and a garland in the other hand, raised on scrolling leaf-form feet, with a pendulum; the pair of cassolettes with similar bold ormolu mounts, painted with both landscape and figural panels, all on a bleu céleste ground.
