ICON of the Council of the Archangel Saint Michael. 19th century. On his right stand Saint Flora and Saint Modestus (Patriarch of Jerusalem), and on his left Saint Blaise (Bishop of Sebaste) and Saint Lavra. Tempera on wood. The board is hollowed out with a kovcheg and has two stiffeners on the back. On the back, inscriptions traced with the point include the number 76, "[to] Martin Ignanov" (recipient of the icon?), the mention of a riza (visible traces of nails) and a basma (frame) as well as other unidentified inscriptions. Restorations and repaints. Height: 31 cm. Length : 26 cm.
