AUGIS. Solitaire ring in yellow and two-tone gold (750 thousandths), centered on a brilliant-cut diamond approx. 0.20 carat, with 4 diamonds on each side. Signed A and maker's mark. TDD: 59.5.PB: 4.9g In 1830, Eugène Coquais opened his store in Lyon, before his daughter married Charles AUGIS (watchmaker). In 1930, grandson Franck AUGIS developed the manufacture of medals as well as jewelry, in particular the "médaille d'Amour".
