German - Empirical frame with floral decoration
Wood, gilded and with stucco elements, with stepped profile. (1st half of the 19th century). Visible molding with running foliage, the throat with classical corner decoration. Clear dimensions: 24.2 x 34.1 cm. Molding width: 6.2 cm. Outer dimensions: 35.5 x 45.5 cm.
Gilding chipped and with some chips. Individual fine cracks, especially along the visible strip and in the corners.
Gilding slightly rubbed. Small abrasions in places (on the festoon, probably with the loss of a flower), there with chipping and tiny flaking. Individual old wormholes.
