The shape is rectangular with a gusset, and the front is embellished with a metal plate signed Christian Dior. The interior opens onto a double pocket with an in-between pocket trimmed in matching patent leather. Reps lining. Each pocket has a slip pocket. On one pocket, the signature in gold lettering on patent leather: Christian Dior Paris. RU 1928 number below. Dimensions: Height: 23 cm Length to base: 32 cm Thickness at base: 10 cm The patent leather in the center of the bag is hardened and creased, as is the in-between strip around the edges of the two pockets. The canvas is slightly yellowed on the inside towards the sides.
