Historicism presentation box Cast bronze, galvanically gilded, alabaster, replaced textile over upholstery and wood. Gabled chest, hinged lid with bow handle and two sculpted children's heads. Applied horns in relief on the ridges of the lid. Fully sculpted cupids as caryatids in front of the front corners. Eight alabaster plates mounted à cage. A mascaron on the front as a key shield, internal lock with two latches, a similar mascaron on the back. H 40, W 37, D 28 cm. Attributed to France, last quarter of the 19th century.
