Bremen Hanseatic mug Silver. The two-part body with bayonet connection on three sculpted lion feet. The conically widened bowl with a profiled lip rim. The wall with two cast circumferential branch rings; the upper one with four suspended eyelets. Incised owner's engraving on the underside. Marks: BZ Bremen in shield form, an as yet unidentified figurative mark as MZ. H 13.6 cm, weight 206 g. Bremen, second half of the 16th century. Literature On the type see Alfred Löhr, Bremer Silber.
