Large Wesel coin cup Silver, gilded inside. Conical body on a flat base with a smooth lip rim. The wall with fine snakeskin hallmarks between 14 coins in staggered rows, including a Schaffhausen taler from 1555, a "Wespen-" or "Mückentaler" from Duke Heinrich Julius von Brauschweig-Wolfenbüttel, dated 1599, as well as Saxon and Brandenburg-Prussian coins from the 16th and 17th centuries. In the center a high-oval reserve with an engraved coat of arms with a crenellated wreath. Marks: BZ Wesel with year letter M for 1704/05, Wardeinszeichen, MZ Wilhelm Rockus (1699 - after 1712, cf. Clasen no.968 ff., 980, 1002, 1068). H 13 cm, weight 578 g. Wesel, Wilhelm Rockus, 1704/05.
