Baroque Cologne sugar bowl Silver. Oval cambered body with slip lid on four feet; the wall with straight pleats. Marks: BZ Cologne for 1730 - 1732, MZ Conrad Frings (c. 1720-1757, Clasen, no. 19, 69e), tremolier engraving. H 8.5; weight approx. 205 g. Cologne, Conrad Frings, 1725 - 1730. Provenance Formerly Kunstsalon Abels, Cologne; West German private collection, deceased. Lempertz 2001; private collection Rhineland.
