Rare Augsburg Pear Cup Silver, gilt. The twisted shaft in the shape of a branch with four further leaves above a base of three leaves. The pear-shaped dome with a fitted lid; crowned by a standing putto holding a palm branch in his left hand and a waving standard in his right. Marks: BZ Augsburg for 1663 - 1666, MZ Marx Merzenbach (c. 1642 - 1688, Seling no. 0660, 1517), tremolier engraving. H 21 cm, weight 109 g. Augsburg, Marx Merzenbach, 1663 - 1666.
