Made and drawn up in 1839 by Louis GOUBAULT, former 1st class surveyor for the Loire department, residing at Châtillon en Bazois, Nièvre. It includes : an indicative table. a set of 18 ink and watercolor plans of properties, mainly located in the communes of Champallement and Maison-Dieu. H_68 cm L_54 cm, foxing, loose binding. Attached is a handwritten plan of the properties of Monsieur le Comte de Bellescize in the commune of Beaumont-la-Ferrière, surveyed in ink and watercolor on fine canvas.
