Fort in-folio of [12]-780 (mal chiffr. 776)-[15]-1bl. leaves, half-basane, smooth spine (later binding). Remarkable Geneva edition with notes by Simon Goulart, decorated with a HUNDRED OF SMALL PORTRAITS placed at the head of the biographies of the Illustrious. The lives of Epaminondas, Philippus of Macedonia, Dionysius and Ocatavius, highlighted by Simon Goulart, occupy pages 723 to 780 and have a special title.
