Gottfried Eichler D. J. (1715 - Augsburg - 1770) - Landscape with Apollo and Daphne and other Ovidian Metamorphoses. Pen and brown ink, with gray wash and traces of red chalk, on laid paper. 1762. 14.2 x 7.7 cm (sheet size). Inscribed "Eichler (?) inv. et del. 1762" in his own hand lower left. With a framing line in gray pen and wash. Firmly mounted in passepartout. - The lower sheet edge somewhat unevenly trimmed. In very good condition.
