Oblong folio, contemporary brown calf, 5-rib spine, garnet-red title page, corners reinforced with reused parchment (binding worn, headpieces torn off, gaps in cover; sporadic browning and foxing, ink stains on one edge, not collated). Copy comprising over 100 leaves: typographed text leaves, engraved plates (views, plans, and colored boundary maps), all formerly numbered by hand from 7 to 116, with bis. The beginning is missing, there is no title and the first plate bears no. 7.
