Emil Nolde (1867 Nolde - Seebüll 1956), "Alice". Slightly browned, isolated tiny stains, slightly creased overall and with somewhat more distinct creases in the margins. Sheet edges slightly bumped, with small tears and losses, backed tear lower right. Verso slight thinning of paper in sheet corners due to removal of old mounting. Otherwise in good overall condition. With an expertise by Rainer Noeres, Otto-Modersohn-Museum, Fischerhude, dated 15.4.2024. Colored lithograph on buff wove paper. (1907/15). Approx. 33.5 x 21.5 cm (sheet size approx. 49 x 32 cm). A "Probedruck", of which Nolde printed a total of 19 copies in various color settings in 1915. Signed lower right, titled in lower center margin.
