Hap Grieshaber (1909 Rot an der Rot - Achalm near Reutlingen 1981), Blinde (Epheben). Slight traces of rubbing in the print, fabric partly slightly browned as well as with waterstains and predominantly small foxing spots. Loosely rolled up over cardboard roll. Overall in good condition. The motif was used in further editions with lettering as posters for the Wilhelm-Lehmbruck-Museum in Duisburg and the Kunst- und Kunstgewerbeverein in Pforzheim. Fürst 60/37. Colored woodcut on loose, impregnated linen. (19)66. Approx. 213 x 118 cm (fabric approx. 293 x 123 cm). One of 20 copies on linen. Signed and dated "24/XI/66" lower right and with Arabic and French text in lower margin. Provenance: Nagel, Stuttgart 8.12.2010, lot 1072; Private collection, Baden-Württemberg.
