FEMALE STATUETTE IN DIORITE Egyptian art, Third Intermediate Period, Dynasty XXV, 760-655 B.C. Statuette of a woman, daughter of a singer from Ptah's domain, depicted in an archaizing style, standing, arms at her sides, legs partially lacunar, face deliberately hammered, wearing a tripartite wig and a long sheath dress. She is leaning against a dorsal pillar inscribed on the back and sides with a column of hieroglyphic inscriptions. Missing parts.
