Measurements: 14 cm. length. Stipula's most appreciated creation was the Etruria fountain pen. The name Etruria is the ancient name of the Etruscan area (in central Tuscany) where the Etruscan population prospered from the Villanovan period (9th century BC). The Etruscans developed their civilization and culture in the area stretching between the Arno and the Tevere River with a complex political structure centered on a network of city-states with a very rigid hierarchy. Their influence and contribution to Roman culture was immense. The reference to the Etruscans represents Stipula's choice to celebrate its Tuscan origins and its deep connection to the territory and its culture. The Italian firm Stipula is based in Florence, cradle of artists and craftsmen. It recovers the tradition of using Celluloid, a very unstable and difficult material to manufacture, but once achieved it is very attractive, non-allergic and very durable. His creations are very balanced and use noble materials such as silver and gold, with other more modern ones such as titanium. No box. Unused.
