VOTIVE STATUETTE OF THE GOD AMON IN BRONZE Egyptian art, Late Period or Ptolemaic, 664-30 B.C. Statuette of the god shown seated, arms outstretched, holding two attributes now lost, feet resting on a square base engraved with traces of hieroglyphic inscriptions, now illegible. He wears a mortar-shaped crown topped by two feathers and a solar disk. Dressed in the chendjit loincloth, he wears a false beard and a wide necklace ousekh necklace. Green and brown patina.
