Angela Cummings (b. 1944) is one of the many talented designers to have worked for Tiffany & Co. alongside the famous Jean Schlumberger, Paloma Picasso and Elsa Peretti. American jewelry designer Angela Cummings began working for Tiffany & Co. in 1967, under the direction of Donald Claflin, launching her first collection in 1975. Her collections are characterized by her love of nature and geometric effects, and her use of numerous hard and decorative stones (lapis, onyx, jade, mother-of-pearl, coral, wood, opals), enamels with strong color effects, and original materials such as steel, copper and hematite. She opened her own jewelry house in 1983.
