A small Japanese Kinkozan Satsuma box and cover Meiji period Of rectangular form, intricately enamelled to all sides and the border of the domed cover with gilded millefleur ground, the centre of the cover decorated within stylised cartouche with boys in colourful robes, the inside of the cover and base each painted with a group of boys contained within a lozenge, signed Kinkozan within a rectangle in gild to base, 6.7 x 4.7 x 2.2cm.
