KEYSTONE - ARCTIC "Living on the Arctic Ice Cap takes on en eerie quality because camps too are constructed beneath the surface to avoid foul weather and accumulated snow. Camp Fistclench, one of these facilites, was constructec by soldiers and scientists of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as one of the projects of the Snow, Ice and Permafrost Research Establishments, Wilmette, Illinois.
