BOIN TABURET Four-legged planter in silver 950 thousandths openwork decorated with ribboned medallions, twisted laurels and leafy canals. Claw feet with shell attachments. Punched: G.BOIN and marked BOIN TABURET on the bottom. (With silver-plated metal lining). Height : 10,2 cm Weight : 1.200 kg (Traces of restoration and soldering on the bottom) Émile TABURET joined forces with Georges BOIN, his antique dealer son-in-law, around 1880, the company name becoming "BOIN-TABURET". In 1900, G. BOIN and silversmith HENRY formed the company "Boin & Henry orfèvres", which later became "Henry Frères & Cie". Expert: Cabinet Portier, Madame Élisabeth Simon.
