Meissen "Kind, auf einem Stecken reitend" so-called "Hentschelkind", designed by Konrad Hentschel in 1905, underglaze blue sword mark after 1934, 1st choice, incised model number W119, embossed number 150 and brush number 40.naturalistic moulding with polychrome underglaze and overglaze painting, a striding child with a drum lying on its side as a support, playing and holding a stick between its legs, the right foot and the end of the stick restored, otherwise good condition, h 18.5 cm.
