Baroque hour-marker clock Leopold Körner Vienna Circa 1760, marked on a finely engraved brass dial, movement with three barrels, driven by a chain, verge escapement, quarter-hour strike on two bells with repetition via cord, Grande Sonnerie, date display, moon phase display with multi-coloured enamelled disc, front with mock pendulum, solid cherrywood case, partially gilt, brass applications, in working order, with key, h 57 cm. Info: Leopold Körner (1726-1807) was a grandfather clockmaker in Vienna, from 1796 onwards he was a senior foreman.
