Wendt & Kühn music box "Engelszug" Grünhainichen/Erzgebirge, circa 1980, original adhesive label with the addition expertic and made in the GDR, sawn, turned, carved and coloured wood, above an eleven-sided body with star decoration, gold-bronzed turntable with angel chapel, consisting of seven Grünhainich angels "running" around three fir trees as a special edition with red wings, intact musical mechanism with melody "Süßer die Glocken nie klingen", winding mechanism with key and start button, a few locks of hair missing, otherwise in good condition for its age with minimal signs of wear, h 26 cm, d 20 cm.
