Tribal chair Pakistan Swat valley in northern Pakistan, probably 19th century, traditional flat seat made of dark, carved or partly turned hardwood, with high straight and richly decorated backrest with cone-shaped crown, the seat made of wickerwork, the upper part of the chair is held together by leather straps, which also help to stabilise the backrest, traces of age, minor loss of substance, dimensions 75 x 50 x 50 cm.
