FEDERICO MUNARI (Milan, 1907-1998). Curved sofa and two armchairs, 1950s. Velvet and wood upholstery. Measurements: 230 x 60 x 80 cm (sofa) and 86 x 52 x 76 cm (armchairs). Federico Munari, Italian mid-century furniture and interior designer, is the trendsetter who produced some of the world's most innovative furniture designs. The perfect example of his design works are this pair of armchairs created accordingly to highlight the renaissance spirit of post-war furniture design, characterized by clean lines and pure, natural forms.
