Italian , head of a bearded man.
Red chalk on laid paper. (Probably 16th century). 29.3 x 22.9 cm. Figural movement studies in red chalk verso.
Vertical and horizontal traces of folding. A small hole at top center. The sheet edges somewhat unevenly trimmed. Paper browned and slightly stained. Verso with old traces of adhesive tape and mounting. In good condition for its age.
