German or French , Resurrection of Christ. Pen and gray ink, gray wash, on laid paper with watermark "crowned bell with lettering". (18th century?). 25.3 x 18.2 cm. Indistinctly inscribed "Allegra ratour/Charle Raufland" (?) in brown ink verso. The lower left corner replaced. An inconspicuous box pleat along the left edge of the sheet. Slightly darkened in places and with minor brown stains. Inscription on verso barely noticeably showing through to recto. Overall in good condition. Provenance: Private property, Southern Germany.
