SPIDO - PLAQUE EMAILÉE I PUBLICITÉ ANCIENNE
Condition (0-1) - Porcelain sign / Enamel sign, convex, stenciled and lithographed, IT 1934, 50 x 70 cm, Buschi & Citterio, Milano, the racing driver stops drivers with his hand raised to present the engine oil of his choice - a futuristic design by Georgi Muggiani, who certainly created one of the most inimitable petromobilia depictions of his time. We were aware that it also existed on enamel, but not that there was such an indescribably well-preserved example. Its size and power can only be appreciated once you actually hold it in your hands - undoubtedly one of the most important pieces of Italian enamel advertising.
