Condition (1) - Porcelain sign / Enamel sign, stenciled and lithographed, GER around 1925, 64 x 97 cm, Boos & Hahn, Ortenberg-Baden, gloss and colors extraordinarily well preserved, the sign is stable and not distorted. The quality of the graphics is unmatched - the griffin from Baden is depicted here together with the product in the style of an Egyptian statue, and the oriental tobaccos of the then extremely modern cigarette factory are so skillfully advertised in the Art Deco style of the time. It may be a coincidence that the color scheme and format resemble the large "Frigor" polar bear - but it can still be said that this is one of the special pieces of old commercial art.
