In-12, lemon morocco; multiple sets of oblique cold and gilt fillets, some crossing each other, running from the outer edge of the boards to the spine, with small zigzagging band of black morocco on the edge, sown with small cold c's adorning the remaining part of the boards, smooth spine with reminder of the decoration, author's name and title in gilt capitals, interior framed in morocco of the same color decorated with a semé de petits c, fir green moire lining and endpapers, gilt edges on witnesses, cover and spine, modern blue cloth slipcase (Pierre Legrain - J. Anthoine Legrain).
