The double-headed eagle is embroidered with jewels on her bust. This portrait is similar to the one by Frans van Stampart, whose hairstyle is identical. Empress of the Holy Roman Empire, Queen of Germania and Bohemia through her marriage to Charles VI of Habsburg, she was also the mother of Maria Theresa of Austria and the grandmother of French Queen Marie-Antoinette.
