Kluska, Johann (Berlin 1904 - 1973). 7 pencil and charcoal sketches, 2 watercolor and 1 gouache sketch(es) and 1 brush drawing. Mostly monogrammed, circa 1960. Sizes between 10 x 10 cm and 25 x 36 cm - Kluska is a representative of painters of the second expressionist-realist generation, known for his extensive nude compositions. He studied at the Königliche Kunstschule in Berlin under Philipp Franck and Hermann Friling. August Blunck and Max Friedrich Koch were also among his teachers.- The motifs mostly with female nudes.- 1 sheet with the artist's address stamp on the verso.- Included: 1 advertising card of the artist with address stamp (with ballpoint pen notes and scribbles) and 1 double sheet with information on the artist, published by Bugatti Editore, Ancona.
