(somewhat rubbed, bumped and stained, cloth spine renewed).- First volume of the journal published from 1832 to 1852 in 21 volumes, edited by Johann Christian Schneemann, who was also responsible for the pictorial encyclopedia 'Neuer Orbis Pictus'. On superstition, earthquakes, the comet of 1832, Tahiti, Bactrian camel, crocodile, etc., also with a small footnote on Kiel.- Slightly browned and somewhat foxed as well as slightly fingerstained at the beginning, some margins at the head margin.
