Large lot of some twenty large folios, in-folio and in-4, and files relating to statements of expenses, costs of performances, rehearsals, music and costumes for various operas and ballets, most of which were performed before Their Imperial Majesties, including Achille (January 1808), La Mère jalouse (February 23, 1809), Rome sauvée (March 2, 1809), Vénus et Adonis (November 16, 1809), Roméo et Juliette (March 23 and November 23, 1809), Pigmalion (November 30, 1809), La Didone (January 30, 1812), the ballets Cléopâtre and Noces de Figaro, etc. Signed notably by the first chamberlain Comte de Rémusat (1762-1823), by the director and ballet master Pierre Gardel (1758-1840), etc. First Empire period, c. 1808-1812.
