Garter bracelet in 750th gold and 925th silver, decorated with diamond-studded crosses on a royal blue guilloché enamel ground evoking an upholstery pattern. Invisible ratchet clasp. Goldsmith's hallmark. Boar's head and rhinoceros head hallmarks. Length: 17 cm Gross weight: 95 g (one small rose missing, a few small enamel chips, but very good overall condition) Charles DURON (1814-1872), a goldsmith and jeweler who apprenticed with Jules Chaise, enjoyed immense success throughout his career.
