Nine international sidearms, 19th/20th century A German saw back bayonet M 84/98 with blade stamp "Böntgen & Sabin, Solingen", brown plastic grip scales, iron hilt (corroded, polished, detent removed). An unmarked bayonet (copy, similar to Baden/Württemberg models) with heavy non-ferrous metal grip and black leather scabbard. A German fascine knife type M 1849 with incorrectly replaced, shortened blade. A Kropatschek bayonet ("Steyr 1886"), complete with steel scabbard and leather belt sheath. Three French Lebel bayonets (partly corroded, two without scabbard). Two Yatagan bayonets without scabbard. Partially incomplete, damaged, signs of age. Length approx. 38 - 72 cm. Condition: II

France, Third Republic (1870-1940). Souvenir de la campagne du RIF, 1920-25, Combat pennant of the 7th Company of the 15th RTA. Local Moroccan manufacture, rectangular shape in madder-colored cloth and yellow silk, embroidered with gold cannetille on one side "15 R.T.A." with four crescent moons numbered "15" in the corners and on the other side "7ème Cie" with four crescent moons numbered "15" in the corners. Trimmed on 3 sides with gilded cannetille fringe. Originally mounted on a Lebel 1886 model bayonet scabbard. Scabbard surmounted by a melted brass crescent, symbol of the Army of Africa (minor wear and tear, good condition). 31 x 36 cm.
