Champagne and Somme fronts, Farman aircraft, crapouillots, artillery pieces, English tanks, Russian soldiers, sausages... enclosed is his service book (Viaud ended the war as a second lieutenant in the 59th R.A.), part of his 1915 class book, diary dated 10/27/18.
