Musical Youth is a British pop music group with reggae influences, formed in Birmingham (England) in 1979. The band is best known for their hit single "Pass the Dutchie" (1982), No. 1 in several countries around the world. Another notable single was a collaboration with Donna Summer on "Unconditional Love" (1983). Michel Polnareff (Nérac, 3 July 1944) is a French singer and songwriter, who was very popular from the mid-1960s until 1980. Although his commercial success is significantly less than in those years, he remains active to this day, and continues to be highly respected by his country's music critics.
