Stephan Reusse has been developing the "Collaborations" series since the mid-1980s: portraits of prominent personalities from the art scene such as John Baldessari, Joseph Beuys, Jimmie Durham, Rosemarie Trockel, Lawrence Weiner, Nancy Spero and Jeff Koons. Together with the artists portrayed, Reusse conceived the portraits in such a way that they reflect the artistic signature of the respective artist. It is probably not without irony that this plate shows Jeff Koons as Santa Claus in a bathrobe, while in the same year he staged himself as a marble antique or, together with Cicciolina, as a porn icon. - Very good condition.
