London, Snail Chemicals, 1972, 4 pp., 46 plates. 45 x 32 cm. Loose in original linen box with cover title (somewhat stained and slightly rubbed at edges). One of 50 (GA 150) numbered copies of the special edition, here the only copy known to us in which all 45 works are signed. - Konnertz pp. 195ff. - The plates in various formats: from 15 x 19 cm to 29 x 42 cm. - The four text sheets in separate card cover. - Important portfolio on Paolozzi's early work and groundbreaking work for the history of Pop Art. Eduardo Paolozzi (1924-2005) created a series of "Bunk" collages in Paris and London from 1947-1952, which he first presented in his groundbreaking lecture "Bunk!" at the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London in 1952 and which have since been regarded as prototypes of Pop Art. But it was not until 20 years later that Paolozzi returned to the subject and arranged for the present publication with elaborately printed or facsimile works, thus making the pictures accessible again to a generation that had grown up with Pop. - Individual glued collages detached, occasional slight traces of glue on verso, 2 plates with corner crease, otherwise in very good condition.
