Vollmer II, 501 - One of 48 (GA 60) handwritten numbered copies with a dedication by the artist on the inside cover. - Ten of the extremely rare graphic works by Helmut Kolle (1899-1931), who met Wilhelm Uhde in 1917/18, over 20 years his senior, and with whom he would remain together until his early death. Kolle followed the successful art dealer and collector to Paris in 1924, where he met Georges Braque, Henri Rousseau and Pablo Picasso, among others, who discovered "great vitality" in his paintings. - Slightly browned due to paper, edges slightly rubbed in places.
