The Ruppelwerk metal goods factory in Gotha only produced products in the Bauhaus style for a short time. Marianne Brandt (1893-1983), who had already demonstrated her aptitude for industrial design in her collaboration with Kandem, was responsible for this. In 1929, she was appointed head of the design department at Metallwarenfabrik Ruppelwerk GmbH. - Rubbed with some chipping of the enamel coating, heavily rubbed in places, partially scratched, stained and rusty in places.
