Extremely rare, probably the rarest Baedeker ever. - Hinrichsen D 471 - For the Olympic Games 1896 separately from the 3rd edition of the Greece Baedeker (1893), published with corresponding corrections up to 1896. - "Intended exclusively for sale within the borders of the kingdom." (preface). - Due to a fire in the warehouse, probably only 50 copies came into circulation. - The plan with tears in the folds and margins, loose quires and pages, partly somewhat browned, small marginal tears, old pencil annotations.
